Il gruppo folkloristico Li Tsoque d’Ayas nasce nel 1934 con l’obiettivo di mantenere vive le tradizioni del nostro paese e dal 2004 è ravvivato anche dai bambini.

Esso tenta, attraverso numerose danze, accompagnate dalla fisarmonica, di ricostruire le abitudini di un tempo.

In questo senso svolge un ruolo fondamentale il costume, realizzato utilizzando un tessuto nero molto spesso chiamato drap. L’abito femminile è caratterizzato da uno scialle e un grembiule a stampa floreale, mentre l’uomo indossa una giacca a due code e i pantaloni alla zuava cosi da mostrare le calze in lana, dette tchatse, realizzate a mano con diversi motivi.

Nota unica e inconfondibile del nostro gruppo sono i sabot, calzature in legno che hanno da sempre caratterizzato il nostro artigianato e costituito per lungo tempo l’unica arma contro il freddo.

Essi sono realizzati su misura e presentano rifiniture particolari rispetto agli zoccoli di altre zone.

 

Le groupe folklorique Li Tsoque d’Ayas naît en 1934 dans le but de préserver les traditions de notre pays. À partir de 2004, les enfants aussi participent activement au groupe.
Nous avons tenté de reconstruire les habitudes d’autrefois à travers de nombreuses danses, accompagnées par l’accordéon. Dans ce sens joue un rôle fondamental notre costume typique, tissé d’une étoffe noire très épais appelée “drap“.
Un châle et un tablier avec des motifs floraux caractérisent le costume typique féminin. Les hommes, par contre, portent une veste et un pantalon à mi-jambe qui montrent des chaussettes blanches en laine, appelées “tchatsè“, fabriquées à la main avec différents motifs.
Le trait distinctif du groupe sont les sabots: des chaussures en bois qui ont toujours caractérisé notre artisanat et qui ont constitué pour longtemps la seule arme contre le froid. Les “tsoque” sont taillées sur mesure et présentent des finitions particulières qui les différencient des autres sabots.

 

The folkloristic group Li Tsoque d’Ayas was established in 1934 with the intent of keeping alive the traditions of our town. From 2004 onwards, children also took part to the group.
Through numerous dances accompanied by the traditional accordion, we try to revive and retain the habits of the past.
Our traditional costume plays a very important role, created from a very thick black fabric called drap. The women’s dress is characterised by a shawl and an apron with floral patterns. The man, on the other hand, wears a black jacket with a double tail and half length trousers in order to show off the handmade woollen socks called tchatse, each with different patterns.
An iconic and distinctive symbol of our folkloristic group are the sabot or tsoque, traditional handmade wooden clogs that always have characterised our culture and which were, for years, our only weapon against the cold. They are tailor-made and are carved with particular finishes, differentiating them from clogs from elsewhere.
